Highland went global. Revenue followed.
A US haircare brand with international demand it couldn't serve profitably. Four weeks after switching to Mayple, international revenue was up 237% — and total revenue up 38%.

Highland's products were already finding international customers — the orders just weren't finding checkout. Legacy carrier rates put shipping at nearly a third of the order total, delivery quotes ran past a week, and duties arrived as a surprise invoice at the door. International demand existed. International margin didn't.
Highland installed the Mayple app from the Shopify App Store and answered three questions: target zones, average order weight, domestic shipping cost. Mayple created Shopify Markets for all nine shipping zones, mapped the in-stock catalogue to each market, and applied duty-inclusive prices with margin-protective uplifts. No new warehouse, no ERP migration, no ops hire.
With shipping at roughly $15 a package and duties collected in checkout, international conversion stopped leaking. Orders now fly Mayple's air corridors through the Dubai hub and land in 30+ countries in 3.5 days on average — tracked on a Highland-branded page, with delivery issues resolved in transit. International went from a support burden to Highland's growth engine: 38% total revenue growth and counting.
